Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are available on your Order Details Page and typically range between 3-7 days from the date of shipping.

For orders with multiple items, shipments may arrive separately. While we make every effort to meet expected delivery dates, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, we will keep you updated.

Order Delayed?

If your package hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@applejegarden.com, and we will assist you in resolving any issues promptly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier partner information. You can also check the status under My Account → Orders on our website. Tracking typically becomes available 24 hours after dispatch.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy for eligible products.

Return & Replacement Process:

  1. Submit a request within 7 days of delivery for wrong, expired, or damaged products. For missing items or physical damage, report within 2 days.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up through our courier partners.
  4. If a return pick-up is unavailable in your area, we may offer a refund without collection.
  5. Once the returned item passes quality checks, we will initiate a refund or replacement based on availability.

Eligible Returns & Replacements:

✔ Wrong product received
✔ Expired product
✔ Physically damaged product or tampered packaging
✔ Incomplete order or missing items

Non-Eligible Returns:

✖ Opened, used, or altered products
✖ Missing original packaging (labels, cartons, etc.)
✖ Requests beyond the return window (7 days for most products, 2 days for damages/missing items)


Refund Process

How are refunds issued?

  • Prepaid Orders – Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders – Customers must provide bank details for the refund process.

How long does it take?

  • Order Cancellations: Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Returns: Refunds take approximately 2 weeks after the product passes quality checks.

Partial Returns

You can return eligible items separately if they meet the return criteria.
