Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

We’re sure you will never want to return a Apple Je Garden product. However, in the unfortunate event the product you have received is damaged/wrong/expired, it can be returned to us within 3 days from the date of delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Your Refund/Coupon Code will be initiated within 3 working days of us receiving the refund request and authorizing the Refund/Coupon Code.

Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. Your refund will be credited to the account/source used for the payment of your order within 4-8 working days after initiation. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit will depend on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
